my item arrived damaged or defective, what do i do?
please contact us as soon as you receive your package. if there are any items that are damaged or defective, please take a picture and don't hesitate to reach out. we want to make your space feel like royalty and ensure a high-quality product. contact us at royalflamescandles@gmail.com we will respond within 24-48 hours.
how long is shipping?
due to high temperatures, we will only ship items at the start of each week. if you order an item on a wednesday, it will not be shipped until the following week.

do you have free local pickup?
yes, we have local pickup for anyone living in the southern california area. order will have to be placed 3 days prior to pick up time. pickups will only be available from friday-sunday. please send us an email if you are interested in a local pickup.
what is the processing time?
please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. once shipped your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. if there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
